I’ve known Erik for 15 years. Long before he became a realtor. He always said he would be the one to find my wife and I a place. I like to think of myself as his first or second client. I can remember telling him my specific needs and what I wanted. It was never written down on paper, but I had some very petty needs that if the place didn’t have it, I would not buy it !!! He understood that, and didn’t waste my time looking at places I wouldn’t like.
